Vicinity Magazine
I led the art direction and design for Vicinity Magazine, a sophisticated quarterly publication created to reframe the Upper East Side for a modern audience. The challenge was to capture the neighborhood’s enduring elegance while introducing a fresh, contemporary visual language that would resonate with today’s buyers.
Through elevated editorial content and carefully considered design, I aimed to celebrate the culture, charm, and unique lifestyle of the Upper East Side. This visual and editorial framework set the tone for the property listings that followed—positioning the area as both timeless and newly desirable.

DE Commercial
I was tasked with redefining the look and feel of Douglas Elliman Commercial to reflect a bespoke lifestyle approach within the commercial real estate space. I developed a refined yet dynamic visual language that highlighted the team’s unique perspective—blending sophistication with the energy of luxury dining, shopping, wellness, and office environments.
What began with a cohesive brand manifesto evolved into a suite of assets, including print advertisements, custom property emails and booklets, and materials for the social media launch—each element designed to reinforce the unique lifestyle-driven narrative at the core of DE Commercial.

Aspen Guide
I led the Art Direction and Design for the Douglas Elliman Aspen Guide—a curated, high-touch marketing initiative crafted to engage New York’s top-tier clientele during the winter season in Aspen. Centered around a bespoke event launch, the guide served as both an editorial and lifestyle moment, positioning Elliman at the intersection of luxury real estate and alpine culture. I developed a full suite of branded assets, including identity design, website, print collateral, and digital invitations—each element designed to reflect the sophistication and exclusivity of the Elliman experience.

Brand Identity
I led the creative development of bespoke brand identities for several high-profile agents at Douglas Elliman, including this example for Amy Messer, a standout in luxury real estate. The goal was to craft a brand that felt both sophisticated and approachable—capturing Amy’s five-star hospitality, refined taste, and trusted reputation.
Her visual identity features a rich, nuanced palette of alabaster, walnut, umber, and bordeaux, complemented by modern, architectural typography. The custom interlocking “M” logo draws inspiration from iconic European luxury houses, embodying both strength and timeless elegance.
