Lumiere exists at the meeting point of strategic architecture and creative instinct.

We design marketing systems for companies where presence alone isn't enough and where the gap between current state and intended future demands more than incremental adjustment. Strategy and creativity aren't separate practices here. They inform each other, continuously, until what emerges feels both structurally sound and aesthetically inevitable.

The work we do doesn‘t fit neatly into categories, which is why we don‘t offer them. Each engagement is structured around what‘s actually needed: strategic positioning, growth systems, brand architecture, creative direction, content development, digital infrastructure, performance optimization, ongoing counsel.

We begin with diagnosis, understanding not just what you do but why you exist, who you are for, what gap you fill that no one else does. From there, we build: the messaging frameworks, the visual language, the channel strategy, the measurement apparatus. Everything integrated, nothing arbitrary.

The process is iterative. We don‘t work in discrete phases but in continuous refinement, staying involved as long as the partnership serves what you‘re building. Some engagements are intensive and contained, while others evolve over years.

Claire builds the infrastructure that makes growth inevitable. She has spent her career architecting marketing systems for luxury, technology, travel, wellness and data science companies, establishing the technical frameworks and data models that turn strategic ambiguity into operational clarity.

Her background spans CMO roles, enterprise strategy and consultancy for heritage brands. She's taken companies from static to scaling, built departments from scratch and established the evidence-based approach that makes intuition actionable. It is not about growth theory, it's about engineering it, measuring it and refining it.

What defines her work is the pairing of strategic vision with technical precision. She knows where the leverage points are and how to build for them. Her clients tend to seek her out when they need both clarity on what's not working and the ability to fix it.

Alessia translates concepts into visual reality. Her experience spans directing for luxury fashion, real estate, beauty, fragrance and publishing. She always seeks to ask how heritage and innovation can coexist without diluting each other.

She's led creative for recognized houses from concept through execution. Brand identities, campaigns, editorial work for names that define their categories. Her process is intuitive but precise. Every visual decision reinforces what the brand is saying, particularly when the message is complex.

Her aesthetic is sophisticated without being overwrought, contemporary but informed. What she creates has a quality of extreme elevation to it and the result is something that feels both fresh and enduring.​​
